As an Army Veteran and Executive Director of Inspiring Youths on a Mission to Success (IYMS). My role is pivotal in launching initiatives that educate, inspire, and motivate youth and young adults, ages 13-25, on contemporary and global issues. I ensure IYMS offers hope, inspiration, and essential tools for success through both in-person and virtual events. A key aspect of my position involves spearheading fundraising efforts, crucial for planning and executing impactful events, thereby securing the resources needed to fulfill our mission. I work closely with the IYMS team to craft innovative programs, forge strategic partnerships, and actively engage with the community. This collaboration is vital to expanding our reach and amplifying our impact, ensuring that we continue to empower the next generation to navigate their paths to success with confidence and resilience.
